How they learn...
The way they learn their ABC's is that we do a letter a week and three days a week they do worksheets on that letter. In the packet is also worksheets on shapes, counting, and tracing. They do the packets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Also every morning at 9:00 they do what we call a learning wall. On that wall is a calendar, which they say the month, day, year and date. They also tell you what season it is. On the wall is their shapes, and colors.
Tuesday's and Thursday's

On Tuesday's and Thursday's we do art activities. Children love to do art and so we try to make art time a really fun time. We let them express themselves through their art. We like to see what they think an animal really looks like or even themselves. We also do art actiivities throughout the week in the afternoons. We have an open art center available to the children at all times. They are able to cut, paste, color, and draw at anytime!
